Wedding Event Management – (The Classic)
Usually referred to as “Day Of” wedding coordinating, this service is designed for the couple who has made all of their wedding day plans and needs someone for the wedding weekend to tie it all together. Review of pre-established wedding related contracts, venue walk through before wedding weekend, ceremony order and reception layout, vendor communication, timeline development, event coordination of the wedding weekend and more is just a part of what is offered.
Partial Planning – (The Heritage)
This service is designed for the couple who has selected their ceremony and reception sites and needs a consultant to work with them to develop the budget, style, and theme for the ceremony and reception – as well as work as a coordinator for their wedding weekend. Services from the Wedding Event Management plan are included.
Full-Service Planning – (The Traditional)
This service is designed for the couple that has recently become engaged and has not begun work on the wedding plans. The coordinator will assist the couple in developing a wedding budget, style and theme for the wedding, and will recommend products and services that will match these ideals. The Partial Planning services and Wedding Event Management services are included.
Destination Wedding Planning – (Destination Package)
This service is designed for the couple who has selected their ceremony and reception sites and needs a consultant to work with them to develop the budget, style, and theme for the ceremony and reception – as well as work as a coordinator for their wedding weekend. Services from the Wedding Event Management plan are included.
